Solar cells are one of the important products in the new energy industry.

Conventional screen printing has poor line uniformity, which has reached a bottleneck for the pursuit of higher and narrower line for higher efficiency. Problem of alignment and cost control for second time printing technology and the improvement of efficiency cannot satisfy customers.

The knotless screen not only eliminates the unevenness of the line, but also meets the needs of customers’ requirement of narrowing the line width, further reducing the shading area, and playing a vital role in the optimization of the production line process and the improvement of efficiency.

It is understood that currently the knotless screen is the easiest mass production technology to achieve fine line printing below 30 μm, and it is also the easiest technical method for silver paste and equipment. Moreover, as the opening of finger reduces to 28 μm or less, the traditional single printing and distributed printing have an increasing demand for knotless screen.

 

 

 

       Using Micro-Vu high precision vision measuring machine, with the function of image magnification, plane correction, automatic edge definition, it constructs graphics to       generate DXF files to complete scanning and mapping

With high scanning efficiency, the machine completes the scanning of the screen quickly and accurately and generates DXF file for customers for comparison.
