Payment Policy

Customers buying products from Vertex can make payment in 1 of 2 ways:

1. Cash payment at the office of Vertex or the customer company with all relevant receipts, signatures of the forwarder and company seals of both parties.
2. Transfer payment to Vertex account as specified in the contract, please notify and enclose Vertex with transaction/money transfer documents after payment.
3. Vertex will require customers to pay 100% of the order value or a part of the order value, depending on the type of product and the total contract value.
