Overview

It assists the vision measuring machine to complete the measurement of some special sizes, including:

1. Height: the measuring head can measure height. It can be used to measure the height difference of the piece surface.

2. Sphere and cylinder: the measuring head contacts points multi-directionally. It can be used to measure the position where the vision cannot be measured.

3. Flatness: the measuring head can measure the height and speed. It can be used to measure flatness of the piece surface.

Specification

A variety of triggering forces enable the performance of the probe to fully meet the measurement requirements.

TP200-standard force module (SF): XY: 0.02N/Z: 0.07N.

2. Accuracy of the touch probe depends on the stylus size.

3. TP20 and TP200 cannot be used together on the same rack.

Software

InSpec metrology software includes the functions of 3D touch probe, which integrates touch probe and vision system perfectly.

In InSpec software, the use of touch probe is similar to the use of any vision tools.
